When I became a licensed Real Estate professional almost 30 years ago, my background was in Real Estate marketing. Since Real Estate sales is really Real Estate marketing, my background, training and education put me in the perfect position to excel. Hence, my first year in Real Estate sales I was named Rookie of the Year. Year after year, my sales accomplishments kept me in the top 14% of Realtors nationwide. Consistent performance, caring for my clients and a love for the business turned out to be the secrets of my success in Real Estate. Over time I realized that training, coaching and mentoring others in the Real Estate Industry was a way I could give back to the industry...an industry that gave me so much. For the past several years I have been the Managing Broker of two real estate offices. Overseeing these offices gave me the platform to train, coach and mentor but did not give me enough time to help people realize the American Dream. In addition to training and coaching, I now bring my love of real estate to people needing a seasoned veteran - providing me the best of both worlds.
