This is to give you notice that Crye-Leike, REALTORS®, Inc.,
Crye-Leike of Mississippi, Inc., Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc.,
Crye-Leike of Chattanooga, Inc., and Crye-Leike of Arkansas, Inc. all
referred to hereafter as Crye-Leike, (or its owners) have business
relationships with certain providers of services related to your sale
or purchase of real estate.
Crye-Leike is in the real estate brokerage business providing residential
and commercial service to buyers and sellers and receive a commission on
these services.
Magna Bank: Crye-Leike and Magna Bank have common ownership and financial interest.
Crye-Leike Insurance Agency, Inc. (Homeowners, auto, commercial,
health and life insurance): Crye-Leike and Crye-Leike Insurance Agency,
Inc. have common ownership and financial interest.
Realty Title & Escrow Company: Crye-Leike and Realty Title &
Escrow Company have common ownership and financial interest.
Crye-Leike Home Services: Crye-Leike and Crye-Leike Home Services
have common ownership and financial interest. Crye-Leike may receive
compensation from referrals made through Home Services.
Home Warranty Insurance Disclosure: No Crye-Leike company or
individual has any ownership interest in any company offering home
warranty insurance. However, when a seller or purchaser purchases a home
warranty policy through Crye-Leike sales associates, Crye-Leike and their
associates receive an administrative fee for services performed in the
placement of this service contract.
You are not required to use the listed provider(s) as a condition for
(settlement of your loan on) or (purchase sale or refinance of) the
subject property. There are frequently other settlement service providers
available with similar services. You are free to shop around to
determine that you are receiving the best services and the best rate for
those services.
